Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
We offer different shipping options based on your location.
Italy:

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
- Free for orders over €50.
- €9.99 for orders under €50.
Europe:

Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days (depending on the destination).
- €14.99 flat rate.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
- €24.99 flat rate.
Orders placed by 7:00 PM (19:00 CET - Central European Time, Italy) will be processed the same day and shipped the following business day. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package is dispatched.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order in person? Select the in-store pickup option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when it’s ready for collection.
Delivery Issues
- Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will issue a refund for the order.
- Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery service. If the issue persists, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Delays During Peak Periods
During high-demand periods such as Black Friday or the Christmas holidays, delivery times may be longer. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
