Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day free return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@anavionline.it or use the return option available in your personal account on the order page.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please request a return before sending your item back so we can ensure a smooth process.
If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will also refund the initial shipping costs. For all other cases, the initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in checking our items before shipping, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
However, if you would like to avoid placing a new order or if you have specific requests, please contact us at info@anavionline.it. We will process the exchange manually.
If there are any additional shipping costs for the new item, they must be covered by the customer. You will receive a payment link via email, and only after the payment is completed will the new item be shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that the initial shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
Also, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days from approval, feel free to contact us at info@anavionline.it.
